They will show you around the facility (locker rooms, showers, water fountain) and introduce you to the “Red Shield” culture. Step 2: Gearing Up The Loaner Gi: You don’t need to buy anything yet. The academy provides a freshly cleaned Gracie Barra Gi (uniform) for your trial. Staff will help you find the right size and show you how to tie the belt.
