At Gracie Barra Agoura, our adult Jiu Jitsu program is centered around our All Levels class, a comprehensive training experience that blends both fundamental and advanced techniques. All Levels

The All Levels class at Gracie Barra Agoura brings together students with a range of experience in one inclusive and challenging learning environment. No-Gi

The No Gi program focuses on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques practiced without the traditional gi, emphasizing speed, agility, and body control. Without grips on the gi, students develop a more dynamic approach to grappling, relying on underhooks, overhooks, body positioning, and precise control to execute techniques effectively. This program includes a wide range of grappling strategies, from takedowns and guard passing to submissions and escapes, all adapted for No Gi training. Classes place strong emphasis on fluid transitions, positional control, and applying pressure without fabric grips.
